Private project

pumm.group documents Nova and NQIS.

pumm.group is not a company. It is a private project and documentation site by Andreas Pumm. It combines the long-term Nova vision with concrete NQIS engineering work: local, data-sovereign, auditable and step-by-step reviewable.

Why this site exists

The development of Nova and NQIS grew through many technical steps: local AI, knowledge organization, dashboard, grounded chat, safety boundaries, evidence, role model and release checks. pumm.group summarizes this development publicly without leaving the private project context.

The site explains what the project is about, which boundaries are deliberately set and why local auditable AI systems follow a different concept than pure cloud chatbots.

Focus areas

The project is based on four guiding principles.

Local control

Data, sources, logs and system behavior should remain as local and traceable as possible.

Reviewability

Answers, actions, status data and changes should not only happen, but remain explainable later.

Safety

Automation needs boundaries: roles, approvals, backups, STOP_ALL and blocked risky default paths.

Long-term view

Nova and NQIS are not treated as a one-time demo, but as a gradually growing local platform idea.

Positioning

No commercial presentation, no exaggerated AI promise.

The site describes a private technical project, a book project and a long-term system idea. It is deliberately not worded as a company website, product shop or consulting offer.

The presentation also avoids terms that would not be technically defensible. Nova is not marketed as a conscious entity or AGI. NQIS is described as a local auditable AI and orchestration platform.

Suitable public framing: private project site, technical documentation, book context, local AI concept, development state, clear limits.
Not intended: company impression, shop impression, customer promise, investor language, cloud service, AGI claim.
